When you create or use a MobileRank account, we collect the information required to authenticate you and operate the product. This may include your name, email address, profile image, provider account identifiers, session details, and administrative access flags.

Inside the workspace, we also store the data you choose to track. This includes app listings, selected markets and locales, keyword sets, notes, accepted metadata rewrites, experiment history, archived apps, alerts, contact submissions, feedback submissions, and other operational records connected to your account.

We use your information to run the service, keep your account secure, and provide the product features you requested. That includes syncing tracked apps, refreshing keyword data, rendering benchmarks, producing AI outputs, and showing historical activity across markets.

We also use operational data to maintain service quality, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and review support requests. If you contact us directly, we use the information you submit to respond to your request and manage the support conversation.

When you trigger AI features such as rewrite generation or insight generation, relevant listing and ranking context may be processed by our AI providers so the requested output can be produced. We store the resulting output inside your workspace so you can review, accept, or compare it later.

We also compute analytics and estimates from tracked data, such as keyword demand signals, competitive pressure, install estimates, and revenue ranges. These calculations are product analytics features and should be treated as modeled outputs, not guaranteed factual measurements.

We share data only with the providers needed to operate MobileRank. Depending on the feature you use, this may include authentication providers, hosting platforms, database providers, analytics tooling, and AI providers.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect the security of the service, or to enforce our rights. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share your data for third-party advertising purposes.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain historical tracking, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Archived apps may remain in storage even when they are no longer shown as actively tracked.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. No system can promise absolute security, so you should avoid storing sensitive data that is not needed for product use.

You can stop using the product at any time, and you can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Some information may need to be retained for security, billing, contractual, or legal reasons.
