Service overview

MobileRank is a workspace for app store intelligence, keyword tracking, metadata analysis, AI-assisted rewrites, competitive research, and related planning workflows. The service may evolve over time and individual features may be added, changed, paused, or removed.

Some features depend on third-party platforms, APIs, or publicly available data sources. Availability and quality can change without notice if those external systems change their access rules, output formats, or rate limits.

Accounts, plans, and access

You must use a valid account to access the product. You are responsible for activity occurring under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.

Plan limits are enforced at the product level. Indie accounts are limited to 3 active apps. Enterprise access is managed manually by an administrator and may expire at the end of the configured period. If Enterprise access ends, the account may return to Indie behavior and only the allowed number of active apps may remain visible.

  • Indie: up to 3 active apps
  • Enterprise: custom, manually assigned access window
  • Archived apps may remain stored even when no longer actively tracked

Acceptable use

You may not use MobileRank to break the law, violate third-party platform rules, misuse credentials, interfere with service operation, or attempt to access data that you are not authorized to access.

You may not use the service to introduce malicious code, scrape systems in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us, reverse engineer private infrastructure, or overload the product through automated abuse.

Modeled insights and no guarantees

Many outputs in MobileRank are estimated, inferred, or modeled from available store, market, keyword, and review signals. This includes scores, AI insights, market benchmarks, visibility metrics, demand metrics, install estimates, revenue estimates, and strategic recommendations.

These outputs are provided to support product research and decision-making. They are not guarantees of ranking, downloads, revenue, campaign performance, legal compliance, or business results. You remain responsible for how you use the information.

Ownership and content

You retain rights to the material you submit to the service, subject to the permissions needed for us to store, process, and display that material inside the product. We retain rights in the MobileRank product, its software, workflows, scoring systems, and interface.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the product itself, or use the service to build a competing service by extracting or bulk reproducing its internal structure or protected content without permission.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates material risk for the product, other users, or third-party platforms.

You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, some data may remain in backups, audit logs, archived records, or other retention systems for a limited time where necessary.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Because legal treatment varies by jurisdiction, these limitations apply to the extent allowed by applicable law.
